Mack has spent seventeen years leading enterprise technology programs, most of them in places where a missed change window has consequences: a national telecom, two BC health authorities, a Crown corporation, a healthcare technology company, and the clients of Dell Canada and Ericsson Canada. Today he is a Technical Program Manager at HCLTech, leading a global data-centre migration and Zero Trust transformation across AMER, EMEA and APAC for a technology services client.
He has sat on both sides of the table: as the program lead inside the organization, accountable for the date, and as the delivery partner's lead, accountable to a client. The failure patterns look the same from either chair, and none of them is solved by more effort from the team.
Forward Project Consulting Inc. exists to make that seniority available for a program, a recovery or a portfolio, without a large firm around it. You work with Mack from the first call to the handover. The programs themselves are on the track record .

Where we work
Abbotsford, British Columbia. Remote across Canada, on site in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, and on site elsewhere when a cutover needs it. Most engagements are a mix: remote for the weekly cadence, on site for the weeks that matter.
How engagements are shaped
Embedded for a program, fractional for a portfolio, or a fixed-scope review of one project. Direct engagements and subcontract arrangements with consulting and staffing partners are both welcome. Scope, format and fees are confirmed in writing before anything starts. References are available on request.
