What this site collects, and why
Short version: the contact form, nothing else, and only to reply to you.
The contact form
When you send the form on the contact page, we receive your name, email address, the topic you selected and your message, plus your organization and phone number if you chose to give them. The form is processed by Netlify, which hosts this site; Netlify's servers are in the United States, and the submission is emailed to us and stored in Netlify's form dashboard, where Netlify also applies spam filtering.
We use it to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to keep a record of how the conversation started. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not share it with anyone else, and we do not sell it.
No cookies, no trackers
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or social-media scripts. Fonts are served from this domain. Nothing on the page makes a request to a third party. Netlify keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for a short period to run the service and detect abuse; we do not use them.
Retention
Form submissions are kept for as long as they are useful to the conversation you started, and in any case no longer than two years after our last contact with you, unless we are engaged by you or your organization, in which case engagement records are kept under the terms of that engagement.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@forwardprojectconsulting.io from the address you used and we will confirm within one business day and complete the request within thirty days. Forward Project Consulting Inc. is a British Columbia company and handles personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act (BC) and PIPEDA.
Changes
If any of this changes, for example if we add a booking tool, this page will say so, with the date. Last updated 20 September 2026.
